Data Deletion Instructions

ChatFlow (operated by Webhiine LLC) lets businesses connect an AI chatbot to their own Facebook Page. This page explains how to delete data we hold, whether you are a business using ChatFlow or someone who messaged a Page powered by it.
1. If you use ChatFlow for your business
Delete a single conversation
Sign in at socialchatbot.app, open Conversations, select the conversation and delete it. The message history for that conversation is removed from our database.
Disconnect a Facebook Page
Go to Chatbots → Settings and delete the chatbot. This removes the stored Page access token, the chatbot configuration and its uploaded knowledge base files, and unsubscribes our app from that Page's webhooks. You can also revoke our access at any time from Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
Delete your entire account
Email privacy@socialchatbot.app from the address registered to your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will permanently delete your account, all chatbots, knowledge base files, conversation history and analysis within 30 days and confirm by email.
2. If you messaged a business using ChatFlow
When you message a Facebook Page that uses ChatFlow, we process your Page-scoped ID, your name as provided by Facebook, and the content of your messages — on behalf of that business, so its chatbot can reply to you.
You can request deletion in either of these ways:
- Ask the business whose Page you messaged — they can delete the conversation from their ChatFlow dashboard immediately.
- Email privacy@socialchatbot.app with the name of the Facebook Page you messaged and the approximate date. We will locate and delete your conversation data within 30 days.
You can also remove the app’s access to your Facebook information at Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
3. What is deleted
- Message content and conversation history
- Facebook Page-scoped IDs (PSIDs) and names received from Meta
- AI-generated conversation analysis and any captured contact details
- Chatbot configuration, system prompts and knowledge base files
- Stored Facebook Page access tokens
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Backups are purged on a rolling 30-day cycle. We may retain the minimum records required by law (for example billing records for tax purposes), which contain no Messenger conversation content.
